Despite growing up in North Carolina, Randy Travis had a strong connection to Texas and the cowboy lifestyle. In his later years, he and his wife Mary settled on a ranch in the Dallas—Fort Worth area.

Texas country music stars, both seasoned and rising, will take the stage to perform Randy Travis's biggest hits, influenced by the Lone Star State's Country & Western music flavor.

Randy Travis, known for hits like "Diggin' Up Bones," achieved 23 No. 1 singles during his career, providing a rich selection of material for the tribute performance.

A portion of the event's proceeds will go to the Randy Travis Foundation.

The Randy Travis Foundation's mission is to connect a diverse group of people in support of stroke survivors, promote research on stroke and aphasia prevention, and offer opportunities for at-risk children to engage in arts and music programs.

The tribute event not only promises a night of great music but also serves as a platform for the Texas country music community to come together and honor Randy Travis's significant contributions.

Randy Travis's affinity for the Texas lifestyle is reflected in the tribute, showcasing the enduring impact of the Lone Star State's Country & Western music on his career.
