Dak Prescott's Cowboys Watch NFC Battle; Michael Irvin Predicts Eagles vs. 49er

FRICO - After defeating Seattle on Thursday night to go to 9-3, the second-best record in the NFL, the Dallas Cowboys will take a short break. How do you pass the time, then?

The San Francisco 49ers and Philadelphia Eagles are conveniently scheduled to play each other on Sunday in Philadelphia.

Yes, Dallas will be focused on that late-afternoon game involving the other two dominant NFC teams.

Dallas quarterback Dak Prescott stated, "I'll be watching that game and then using that as a little bit of a film study."

Michael Irvin is also watching, and like Dak, he's undoubtedly praying for a Niners win to boost the Cowboys' prospects of defeating 10-1 Philly in the NFC East and beyond.

Irvin declared, "I've never been more vexed," on FS1's Undisputed. "It's the hardest decision I've ever had to make, but I have to choose San Francisco."

Irvin predicted that the 49ers will defeat the Eagles 31–28, ensuring that San Francisco would exact revenge in the NFC Championship Game and advance to the top of the conference this season.

Irvin's analysis is largely introspective, but he doesn't dispute the notion that he could be partial because, as a Cowboys supporter, he hopes for any defeat for the Eagles.
