Demon Slayer Gets Toonami Release Date for Entertainment District Arc

The latest season of Demon Slayer: Kimetsu no Yaiba will premiere on Toonami on January 13, 2024. On November 18, the anime's official X (previously Twitter) account confirmed the announcement. 

The Entertainment District Arc follows the Mugen Train Arc and covers the second half of Demon Slayer Season 2, which ran from October 2021 to February 2022. 

Both the opening and closing themes, "Zankyo Sanka" and "Asa ga Kuru," are performed by Aimer.Lycoris Recoil, which will premiere on Toonami on January 20, 2024, has also been confirmed.

The popular action anime 'Lycoris,' which features the government-sponsored spy force, premiered in July 2022 for 13 episodes. 

Toonami recently saw the debut of Immortal Grand Prix as well as the conclusion of its involvement with the FLCL brand, with the newest and last FLCL Shoegaze ending in October.

The news was welcomed by Demon Slayer fans, who will see the first season in October 2019 before the Mugen Train Arc in early November 2023. 

The Hashira Training Arc, which was first revealed in June 2023, will be the series' fourth season. Season 4 details will be published in mid-December.
