Elon Musk's big launch party left some Tesla Cybertruck reservation holders disappointed, but many say they'll still buy one.

Some Cybertruck reservation holders told Business Insider they were dissatisfied with the delivery event, which lasted 30 minutes and fans later discovered

the truck had a lower range and a higher price on their own. Some reservation holders said they might return the truck, but others plan to buy it anyway.

The official Cybertruck launch party lasted about 30 minutes after a four-year wait and left some order holders wanting more.

Elon Musk, the CEO of Tesla, stood in the bed of the Cybertruck, listing off its specifications, many of which had been leaked ahead of the launch. He also showed videos

of the Cybertruck in action, beating out a heavy-duty Ford F-Series in a truck pull and racing a Porsche 911 while pulling a 911.

While the typical Tesla razzle-dazzle was entertaining to watch, some order holders who spoke with Business Insider

said they were disappointed by what Musk failed to mention in his presentation.

Zack Nelson, a YouTuber known for his channel JerryRigEverything, who attended the event, said the delivery event left many attendees confused and disappointed.
