'Indiana Jones and the Kingdom of the Crystal Skull' Debuts on Disney+ in Time for the Holidays

Indy (Harrison Ford) is swinging on over to Disney+ just in time for the holidays, as Indiana Jones and the Dial of Destiny makes its exclusive streaming premiere on the platform on Friday, December 1.

The final epic part of the Indiana Jones franchise, Timeless Heroes, is released at the same time as an all-new feature-length documentary on the development of the renowned character.

 Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom debuted in theatres on June 30 of this year, continuing the saga of the titular archaeologist on his next expedition.

Along with Ford, the film stars Phoebe Waller-Bridge, Antonio Banderas, John Rhys-Davies, Shaunette Renée Wilson, Thomas Kretschmann, Toby Jones, Boyd Holbrook, Olivier Richters, Ethann Isidore,

and Mads Mikkelsen, and was written by Jez Butterworth, John-Henry Butterworth, David Koepp, and directed by James Mangold.

Laurent Bouzereau's Timeless Heroes analyses Ford's long-lasting appeal and background, including his initial entry into the entertainment industry and his casting in the Indiana Jones franchise. 

The documentary will delve deeper into the films' impact and inspiration on both audiences and the industry.

 Timeless Heroes will also feature previously unseen material and conversations with Ford, Steven Spielberg, George Lucas, Kathleen Kennedy, Frank Marshall, James Mangold, and many more.
