My Hero Academia Only Has One Chance to Reveal Deku's Father

Despite being mentioned as alive, Deku's father, Hisashi Midoriya, has yet to appear in the My Hero Academia manga.

Fans have become intrigued by Deku's father's prolonged absence and want to learn more about him.

Hisashi's best chance of appearing in the manga would be in an epilogue chapter following the last battle, illustrating how the heroes' lives have developed.

My Hero Academia's Izuku Midoriya, like many anime heroes, has a very absent father--so absent, in fact, that while being alive,

he has yet to appear in the manga's more than 400 chapters. Will Deku's father be introduced to fans before the series concludes?

At the 2018 San Diego Comic-Con, series creator Kohei Horikoshi answered to a question about Deku's father by saying, "Deku's father will be revealed in the future."

It's been five years, and Deku's father is still a mystery, at least according to the manga.

Deku's dad is rarely in the plot, and fans are curious about his absence. As the My Hero Academia finale approaches, there's only one possible situation for him to show up.
