Rapper Lil Wayne sued for assault by former bodyguard Carlos Christian

The Grammy-winning artist Lil Wayne (full name: Dwayne Michael Carter Jr.) is being sued by a former security guard who claims a horrific incident occurred at his Hidden Hills, California, home two years ago.

According to a seven-page lawsuit that Rolling Stone obtained, Carlos Christian, the plaintiff, asserts that Lil Wayne assaulted and threatened him with a semiautomatic gun.

Christian had intense psychological trauma when the rapper threatened him with the gun, punched him in the ear, and then brandished the weapon again.

This horrific event has left Christian with Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), which the complaint in Los Angeles County Superior Court emphasises.

Christian is pursuing financial compensation for his medical bills, lost income, and diminished ability to work, as well as punitive penalties.

No word yet from Lil Wayne or his rep regarding the news. Nevertheless, it has been previously verified by the Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department that they are currently investigating a "verbal

altercation" that took place at the Hidden Hills address in December 2021 between a security guard and an adult male who was apparently holding a pistol.

Although the musician Lil Wayne was not named in the speech, it was a response to questions about him.Law enforcement sources told TMZ that the conflict started when Lil Wayne accused the security officer of stealing and releasing images to the press.
