Rock The Dwayne Johnson presidential campaign claims a study shows party support.

The first guest on comedian and political commentator Trevor Noah's podcast, "What Now? with Trevor Noah," was Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson.

The two discussed Johnson's upbringing, his relationship with his daughters,

and some of his political beliefs during their hour-long chat. While discussing how divided Americans are on politics,

Noah cited a 2021 poll that indicated at least 46% of adult Americans would back Johnson in a presidential contest.

The eight-time WWE champion described the poll as "humbling" at the time."If it ever comes to pass, it would be my honor to serve you, the people,"

Johnson remarked. "I don't think our Founding Fathers EVER imagined a 6-4, bald, tattooed, half-Black,

half-Samoan, tequila-drinking, pickup truck-driving, fanny pack-wearing guy joining their club."According to Noah,

the poll indicates that either Johnson is "the paragon of what people would hope a leader would be" or American politics are in such terrible shape that someone needs to "lay the smackdown on everybody."
