Taylor Swift won Spotify's 2023 artist award over Bad Bunny. 

It seems like 2023 is Taylor Swift's year.It should come as no surprise that Swift,  

who this week made $250 million at the box office worldwide for the movie adaptation of her Eras tour, will end the year as the most-streamed artist globally on Spotify, 

surpassing three-time winner Bad Bunny in the top spot.Swift's album releases, "Midnights," 

"1989 (Taylor's Version)," and "Speak Now (Taylor's Version)," helped to propel massive listenership throughout the year, 

according to Spotify, which reports that Swift has generated 26.1 billion streams since January. 

Swift's most recent victory is a result of the Stockholm-based audio company's yearly Spotify Wrapped marketing campaign, 

which searches through listening data to identify the most popular podcasts and artists among users. 

In addition to providing material for self-deprecating jokes on social media, the campaign went global on Wednesday. Listeners have been making inferences about the campaign based on their listening history for the past year.
