'Way More Checkers Now Than Chess': Brady Slams NFL

Tom Brady isn't afraid of criticism after he expressed his disapproval of the current NFL hierarchy.

In a discussion on the Let's Go podcast, Brady maintained his position that the game isn't as sophisticated as it once was."

I think the pro game is reflecting more of what the college game is, as opposed to the college game reflecting what the pro game is,"

he stated (the interview begins at 26:50). "The biggest difference I see is that we're asking professional players to play college football."

These days, checkers predominate over chess."When Brady first appeared on the "Stephen A. Smith" show on November 2,

he expressed his dissatisfaction with the officiating and coaching in the league today as opposed to earlier years."

I think there's a lot of mediocrity in today's NFL," he stated.
